The real problem
Your site was working fine yesterday. Now it is down or broken, and you have no idea what changed. This is not your fault.
A WordPress site is many parts that update on their own schedules: your theme, your plugins, WordPress itself, your hosting and the PHP software underneath. When one changes, it can clash with the others. One plugin update can cause a white screen. A WordPress update can break your theme. A host switching PHP versions can take a site down.
Forum fixes and general guides cannot see your mix of plugins, theme and server, so they often miss. We look at your actual site, find what changed, and fix that.
Common problems
You clicked Update and now your carefully designed pages look completely different. Sections are stacked wrong, spacing is off, fonts have changed, or entire sections are missing. Big updates can change how themes and plugins display content, and customizations built for the old version can break without warning.
You try to access wp-admin and get an infinite loading spinner, a blank screen, or a database connection error. The dashboard might load partially and crash when you navigate to a specific page. Common causes are a plugin conflict, a PHP memory limit, or damaged data in the database.
Your entire site shows a blank white page — no content, no error message, nothing. This usually happens immediately after updating WordPress core, a plugin, or your theme. The white screen means PHP hit a fatal error. The fix requires identifying which update caused the conflict and either rolling back or patching the incompatibility.
Visitors fill out your contact form and nothing happens — no submission, no email, no confirmation message. Or the form submits but you never receive the email. This is usually a conflict between your form plugin, your SMTP configuration, and your hosting provider's email restrictions. We diagnose the break point in the submission chain and fix it.
Your popups do not trigger, sliders freeze, or interactive elements fail to respond. These features depend on JavaScript event listeners that conflict with caching plugins, security plugins, and other JavaScript-heavy plugins. We isolate the specific conflict and configure both systems to coexist.
Your store's checkout page stopped working — customers cannot complete purchases, payment fields do not appear, or the cart shows incorrect totals. WooCommerce, its extensions and WordPress all update separately, and an update to any of them can break the checkout. We find which one and fix it.
Your site redirects visitors to spam pages, shows ads you did not place, or Google is displaying a "This site may be hacked" warning. That calls for a hacked site cleanup: we remove the malware, close the hole it came through, harden the site, and ask Google and other blocklists to review it.
What we fix
Here is what this service covers. Each fix goes after the cause, not just the symptom.
Your site shows a white screen, a database error, or a 500 error. We diagnose the root cause — corrupted plugin, server misconfiguration, exhausted resources — and get your site back online.
Redirecting to spam, showing ads you did not place, or flagged by Google. A hacked site gets our full hacked site cleanup, priced on its own: malware removed, the way in closed, and a Google review requested.
A plugin or WordPress core update broke your site. We identify the conflict, roll back the problem update, find a compatible solution, and get everything working together again.
Cannot access your WordPress admin, forgot your password, or your account was compromised. We restore access securely and make sure unauthorized users are removed.
Browser showing "Not Secure" warnings, SSL expired, or DNS misconfiguration. We fix certificate issues, update DNS records, and restore secure access to your site.
Your site was fast and now it is painfully slow. We trace the bottleneck, such as a bloated database, a runaway plugin or server limits, and fix the cause, not just the symptoms.
Our process
Four steps, from your first message to a working site. You approve the price before any paid work.
When did it start? What changed last? What do you see now? Screenshots and your site address help. Use the contact form. Emergencies are flagged on arrival and jump the queue.
We access your site and reproduce exactly what you are seeing. Using server logs, PHP error logs, and systematic plugin isolation, we narrow the problem down to its cause.
You get a clear, plain-language explanation of what broke and why. No jargon. No vague "it was a plugin conflict." We tell you specifically what failed, what caused it, and the fixed price to resolve it. You approve before any paid work begins.
We make the fix, test it on desktop and phone, and check that the rest of the site still works. Where we can, we also make the same problem less likely to come back. You get a report of what we did and what to watch for.
