No lock-in, no surprise invoices, and no claims we cannot back up. Here is exactly what you get, in plain words. If we are not earning your business, you can leave.
How we work
Every care plan is month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, and your plan runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
When you start a care plan, we move your site to its new hosting for free. If you ever leave, moving it to any host you choose is free too, and you get your backups and logins.
One-time work is a flat price that you approve before we start. No hourly billing and no surprise invoice.
Every care plan includes unlimited break-fix support. If an update, the hosting or a security problem breaks something, fixing it is part of your plan.
On Standard plans and up, if your site is hacked while in our care, we clean it up at no extra charge: malware removed, the hole closed, and a report of what happened.
Maintenance work on your site is logged. On Standard plans and up, a monthly report also covers updates, security, performance and anything that went wrong.

Your site runs on Kinsta's enterprise WordPress hosting, with managed DNS and HTTPS on every domain.
A full copy of your site every day, with the last 30 days kept.
A second copy every night in separate cloud storage, kept long-term and restorable file by file.
Plugins, themes and WordPress checked against known security holes every day, and every file compared with the WordPress.org original every night.
Plugins and themes weekly, WordPress itself after a 3-day delay. Each update is tested on a staging copy before it goes live.
Always on, on every live site. If your site goes down, it is investigated and jumps the queue.
Plain about the limits
We do not publish an uptime percentage or offer service credits, and we do not promise response times. No one can honestly promise a website will never go down. What we can promise is everything above, and that when something breaks, fixing it is our job, not yours.
We also do not host email inboxes. Your site's outgoing email, like form notices, is set up so it sends. Your mailboxes stay with your email provider.
