That works until something breaks. A plugin update takes the site down, or a security hole goes unpatched for months. Then the host says it is a WordPress problem, not a server problem, and you are on your own.

A full copy of your site is saved every day, and the last 30 days are kept. Quick restore points also make it easy to roll back a theme or plugin change.
Every night, your files and database are also copied to separate cloud storage. Those copies are kept long-term, and a single file can be restored.
Every day, your plugins, themes and WordPress version are checked against known security holes. Every night, your files are compared with the WordPress.org originals, and changed files are flagged.
Every live site is monitored all the time. If yours goes down, it is investigated and treated as an emergency that jumps the queue.

Migration process
Four steps from your current host to your new hosting. We do the moving. You do not need to touch anything on your current host.
Send us access to your current host or your WordPress admin. You do not need to copy or export anything yourself.
Your files, database and media are copied to your new hosting. Moving in is free when you start a care plan.
Once the site is in place, your domain is pointed at the new hosting, and its HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
Daily backups, nightly off-site copies, daily security checks and uptime monitoring all switch on. Updates follow their normal schedule from then on.
