Custom WordPress development
Most developers build your site and disappear. We build it and stick around. The same team that writes the code handles your updates, security, and support — so there are no handoff gaps, no lost context, and no finger-pointing when something needs attention.

The real problem
Your WordPress site was built a few years ago and it served you well. But your business has changed. You need features your theme cannot support. Your plugins conflict with each other. Your site loads slowly despite good hosting.
These are not problems you can fix with another plugin or a hosting upgrade. They are architectural problems — the foundation your site is built on cannot support what you need it to do now. Every workaround you add makes the next problem harder to solve. Plugin conflicts compound. Performance degrades. Security vulnerabilities multiply.
At some point, you stop adding features because you are afraid of breaking what already works. That is the moment your site stops serving your business and starts holding it back. The answer is not always a full rebuild — most sites can be modernized and extended with targeted development work.
What we build
We write WordPress code that follows best practices, loads fast, and is easy to maintain — because we are the ones who maintain it.
When an off-the-shelf plugin does not exist or does not fit your workflow, we build exactly what you need. Clean code, WordPress coding standards, and built for long-term maintainability.
Connect your WordPress site to your CRM, email marketing platform, payment processor, booking system, or any other tool your business runs on. API integrations that actually work.
Moving from Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or another WordPress host? We migrate your entire site — content, SEO value, redirects, and functionality — with minimal disruption.
We write code that loads fast. Database query optimization, efficient asset loading, lazy rendering, and caching strategies that keep your site responsive under real traffic.
We do not build it and disappear. Because we also offer care plans, the team that builds your site is the same team that maintains it. No handoff documentation to decode. No context lost.
Every line of code follows WordPress security best practices. Input sanitization, output escaping, nonce verification, capability checks, and prepared SQL queries. We write code that is safe by default.
Know the difference
Most sites do not need a rebuild. Modernization works with your existing content, preserves your SEO, and costs significantly less. Here is how to tell which you need.
Our process
Five steps. Fixed scope, fixed price. Every milestone is visible and approved before we move forward.
We define the project scope together — what needs to be built, why it matters, and how it fits into your existing site. You get a fixed-price quote for the agreed scope. No hourly billing surprises.
We map out the technical approach before writing code. Database schema, API integrations, plugin architecture, and performance strategy — all planned upfront so there are no structural surprises mid-build.
All development happens on a staging copy of your site. You can review progress at any time. Nothing touches your live site until it is tested, reviewed, and approved.
We test across devices, browsers, and screen sizes. Security audit, performance benchmarks, and edge case testing. If it can break, we find it before your visitors do.
The code goes live after final approval. We monitor for issues, provide documentation, and recommend a care plan so the same team that built it continues to maintain it.
Warning signs
If you have upgraded hosting and installed caching plugins but your site is still slow, the problem is structural — bloated theme code, unoptimized database queries, or plugin conflicts that no amount of caching can fix. You need development work, not another speed plugin.
Every plugin adds its own CSS, JavaScript, and database queries to every page load. When you need a plugin for every small feature, it is a sign your site was assembled from parts instead of built with purpose. Custom development replaces 10 plugins with one clean solution.
If every update cycle is a gamble — will the site still work after? — your site has dependency problems. Plugins that conflict with each other, themes that override plugin behavior, custom code that depends on specific plugin internals. Proper development eliminates these fragile dependencies.
Your CRM does not sync with your forms. Your booking system does not update your calendar. Your payment processor needs manual reconciliation. These are integration problems that no plugin marketplace can solve. You need custom API integrations built for your specific workflow.
Your site works fine with 50 visitors but crashes at 500. This is a code efficiency problem — unoptimized database queries, missing caching layers, or server resources consumed by bloated theme features you do not use. Performance engineering fixes the architecture, not just the symptoms.
Outdated plugins, weak authentication, SQL injection vulnerabilities, file permission problems. If your site has been compromised or you are running security plugins that flag constant threats, you need a developer to audit your codebase and fix the root vulnerabilities — not add another security plugin on top.
